Remove the springs from the factory shocks and install them onto the new Fabtech shocks.
You will need a coil spring compressor to do this. I won’t go into details nor do I have pictures because this step is self explanatory and I don’t feel like writing a lesson on using the spring compressor. I’ll also leave it up to you to figure out the assembly order of the bushings, coil hat, isolator, nut, etc.
Install the Fabtech shock assemblies into the truck. This is done with the factory hardware. Locate the zip-loc bag labeled ‘FRONT SHOCKS’.
Torque the three upper bolts to 47 foot pounds.
Torque the lower bolt to 101 foot pounds.
