The sway bar is a curved bar that extends from the lower control arm to the frame rail across to the other frame rail and then down to the other lower control arm. It’s held on with a total of eight bolts (four on each side). This picture is a view of the passenger side. I’ve pointed out two of the bolts in the picture. The other two bolts attach the sway bar to the frame. I don’t have a picture of them, but they are not difficult to find. Remove them and then remove the four bolts from the other side of the vehicle. Put the bolts, washers, nuts, and end links in a zip-loc bag and label it ‘SWAY BAR’. Then put this bag and the sway bar in a safe place because you will reuse all these parts for reassembly.
